1. About ONI
Opportunity Network Insider ("ONI", "we", "us") is a LinkedIn authority-building platform for professionals and entrepreneurs, operated by Tumelo Sebokoane, based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Our products include the ONI Authority Auditor, ONI Content Engine, and ONI coaching and advisory services (BDaaS). All products are digital and delivered online via newoni.netlify.app.
2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing newoni.netlify.app or purchasing any ONI product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.
3. Products and services
ONI offers the following digital products and services:
- ONI Authority Auditor — a one-time digital report that scores your LinkedIn profile across five pillars: Clarity, Credibility, Content, Connection, and Call to Action. Delivered instantly upon successful payment.
- ONI Content Engine — an AI-powered tool that generates a weekly set of LinkedIn posts tailored to your niche and positioning. Available as a one-time purchase or recurring subscription.
- ONI Coaching & BDaaS — subscription-based business development and LinkedIn growth advisory services delivered by the ONI team.
All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR) via Paystack, a licensed and regulated payment service provider.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use ONI products solely for lawful professional development purposes. You may not:
- Resell, reproduce, or redistribute any ONI content, reports, or tools without prior written permission.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the ONI platform.
- Use ONI services to generate misleading, deceptive, or harmful content.
- Share purchased account access or reports with parties outside your organisation without our written consent.
ONI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user found to be misusing the platform, without refund.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the ONI platform — including scoring methodologies, post frameworks, reports, brand assets, and tooling — is the intellectual property of Opportunity Network Insider. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of ONI's content or tools to you.
Reports and content generated using your personal inputs remain yours to use for your own professional purposes. You grant ONI a non-exclusive licence to process your inputs for the purpose of delivering your product.
6. Disclaimer of guarantees
ONI products are provided for informational and professional development purposes. We do not guarantee specific outcomes — such as follower growth, lead generation, profile views, or revenue — from using our tools or advice.
Results depend on factors outside our control, including the effort you invest, your industry, and the LinkedIn algorithm. Our audit scores and recommendations are based on best-practice frameworks and should be treated as guidance, not guarantees.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, ONI's total liability for any claim arising from the use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
ONI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
